Picture says more!

I am really interested in photography and taking the pictures. That is why the first idea when I've started thinking about the blog was connections between PR and photography.
Visual communication is getting more and more important when pictures are digitalized and so easily reached through the Internet. Pictures are following us everywhere - in the restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor advertisements, magazines and the Internet. People easier perceive visual information than texts. And this opportunity to send messages by pictures is very successful. Digital cameras, great editing programs also help to spread pictures. Photography is any more just about the professionals. Everyone who has a camera in the mobile phone can share them picks.
During the last decades Public Relations has also involved more and more visual language. Of course some information is easier to express by texting. However, photography in Public Relations has always been very effective way to communicate. One great picture can say more than thousands of words!
In my blog I will try to present the historical evolution of visual PR. What is more, I will analyze current PR photography and its meaning to Public Relations. Of course, I can't forget to show you great examples of PR photography.

If you are tired of text, just enjoy the pictures!
